Mr. Beast is a popular name on social media. He is a popular YouTuber and businessman. 

We discuss here his journey of success. His real name is Jimmy Donaldson. He is a dropout student from East Carolina University. He was born on 7 May 1998. His YouTube videos are philanthropic and challenging. He has 416M subscribers on YouTube. He started posting videos in the Year 2012. His YouTube handle name is MrBeast. 

He is the founder of MrBeastBurger, Feastables, and a collaborative fundraiser to plant 20 million trees under the name of Team Trees. He also did fundraising with Arbor day Foundation and raised over $24 million for its campaign. 

He made a reality TV series. Beast Games in September 2024. A class action complaint was filed against Donaldson in September 2024, alleging widespread mistreatment, sexual harassment, and unpaid salaries and costs related to his ongoing reality television series. (BBC: archived, 2024)

Donaldson (Mr Beast), at 13, started his YouTube channel "MrBeast6000" in February 2012. His early content featured Minecraft and Call of Duty content, estimating other YouTubers' wealth, and providing advice.

In 2017, Beast published a viral video that counted to 100,000 views, gaining popularity through stunts and giving out $1 million. He became YouTube's biggest philanthropist in 2018. In 2018, he helped PewDiePie gain more subscribers than T-Series. In 2019, he organized a real-life battle royale competition in Los Angeles with prizes totaling $200,000 in collaboration with Apex Legends. 

Health Issues

In a March 2022 podcast, YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, shared his experience with Crohn's disease, describing his low energy levels and naps as common reactions to the condition. Crohn's is often considered an invisible illness, making it difficult for those living with it to understand their condition.

Family 

MrBeast has not disclosed the identity of his younger sister, and his mother, Susan Parisher, and older brother, CJ, make up his family. Both of his parents had served in the US military. In 2007, his parents split.
