CORAL(MUNGA): Gemstone to support marsh, courage, wealth and heart

 Coral (Munga): A multipurpose gemstone

Uses of Coral

1. Background

Red coral is used in jewelry to enhance a person's beauty, but most
Importantly, it is used to improve the Mars condition in the Kundali (birth chart). It increases the power of the fire element in humans. It has the protective power to fight against the negative energies in our surroundings. It stabilizes the financial condition and decreases the debt pressure. According to some scholars, it is worn to increase the concentration of a person and to improve the spiritual power. It is formed in the skeleton of the ocean polyps and has been reversed after the ancient period. [1] It grows in the ocean on a rocky seabed in a dark place. The first coral is mainly found in the Mediterranean Sea. It grows between 4 and 35 meters deep in the underwater caverns of Alghero, Sardinia (also known as the "Coral Riviera"). The same species can also be found off the coast of southern Portugal, in the Cape Verde Islands, and at Atlantic locations close to the Strait of Gibraltar. [2]
The western Pacific, particularly the area surrounding Japan and Taiwan, is home to several Corallium species. [3] During the first millennium, the Mediterranean and India engaged in extensive trade in coral, a material thought to possess mystical qualities. It has therapeutic properties and was used to adorn helmets and weapons. Throughout the Middle Ages, coral's power as a charm persisted, and it was worn as a remedy for infertility and a shield against the evil eye. One of the major rivalries between Mediterranean communities was the protection of coral fisheries off the coastlines of Africa.

2. Chemical/Herbal uses of Coral

Inflammatory illnesses may be the most closely associated with the immune system. The immune system uses inflammation, a physiological defense mechanism, to try to eliminate harmful stimuli and start the body's healing process when it encounters foreign invaders. One particular family of chemicals that has been identified from corals and demonstrated to have therapeutic benefits—specifically, anti-inflammatory properties—is diterpenes. It was discovered that three diterpenes extracted from the Florida-native gorgonian coral Eunicea fusca had more anti-inflammatory properties than indomethacin, a drug that is frequently used to treat inflammation.
Fucoside E, another diterpene that was extracted from the same coral species, had the same antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties [5]. A chemical called singularin, which we will go over in more depth later, inhibits pathways that make neuroinflammation worse.

Astrologer Suggestion: Coral (Munga)

Due to its ability to regulate Mars' powerful and occasionally restless energies, astrologers advise wearing red coral. When Mars is positioned correctly in a person's horoscope, it provides achievement, bravery, and self-assurance. However, when Mars is weak or in an unfavorable position, it can lead to arguments, tension, and emotional issues. Wearing this lovely gemstone is thought to lessen these negative effects. Additionally, it is supposed to boost self-esteem, promote spiritual development, and ease married life. Many wear it to shield themselves from negative energy, repair damaged relationships, and restore love and understanding between partners. Red coral is therefore more than simply a piece of jewelry; it is a gemstone that provides zeal, steadiness, and the fortitude to confront life's obstacles head-on. [6] Coral is advised to be it by people who have potent and vibrant energies.
